we create new cases, expand our curriculum and facility, and pursue

Brian
Gillett, MD is assistant professor at both SUNY Downstate
University Hospital and Kings County Hospital Emergency Medicine Departments
and is the founder and director of the Medical Simulation Center utilized
by both hospitals. He is published in peer reviewed journals and is
engaged in research related to simulation technology in medical education.
He graduated from McGill University Faculty of Medicine and completed
an Emergency Medicine Residency at Jacobi/Albert Einstein Hospital. |

Kareen
Holcomb, MD is assistant professor at SUNY Downstate Hospital
and Kings County Hospital Emergency Medicine Departments, and she
co-directs the Medical Student Simulator Curriculum. She completed
her Emergency Medicine residency at New York University/Bellevue
Hospital. |

Steve
Issley, MD is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine
and Assistant Director of the Medical Simulation Center at SUNY Downstate
and Kings County Hospitals. He completed medical school and five years
of emergency medicine residency at McGill University in Montreal,
where he continued on as an attending physician and Faculty Lecturer
at the McGill University Health Center for three years, prior to his
arrival in New York. |
